Eng. HAGENIMANA recognised as employee of the year.
Eng. HAGENIMANA Christian, a civil engineer in the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM), was recognised as the best employee of the year 2022-2023 after being elected by his colleagues in the Ministry.
Eng. Hagenimana was given recognition as a sign of his outstanding performance and appreciation for the contribution he has made to MINICOM over the year 2022–2023.
Since October 7, 2019, he has actively contributed to the Made in Rwanda policy interventions. In this role, he has dedicated himself to facilitating investors access to affordable serviced land to reduce the cost of production and the Ministry's infrastructure to support Rwanda's industrial development.
Prior to this, he has been an esteemed engineer for a decade, specialising in civil engineering and construction at various institutions, including IPRC Huye and IPRC Karongi, and gaining extensive experience working on a diverse range of engineering projects.
Mr. HAGENIMANA graduated from the Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri with a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Civil Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology from the Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre, Kigali.
